U.S. Return Policy 

We have handmade all of our pieces and hope that you will always love their quality, workmanship and style just as much as we do.  If you are not completely satisfied though, we are happy to exchange the item for a more suitable size. If we are sold out of that size when you need an exchange, we will issue a store credit for the appropriate amount. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We accept exchanges or offer store credit only. No refunds are possible.

Exchanges for the same item are only issued within 14 days of customer receipt date. We will gladly exchange any UNWASHED/UNWORN items in their original new condition. If you would like to process an exchange, please email us at autumnandapril@gmail.com WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping.  Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will then issue an exchange or issue you a store credit.

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged once inspected by our quality control team. You are not responsible for return shipping in this case. Email autumnandapril@gmail.com to arrange to receive a return shipping label (only in case of recieving a defective item). 

Refunds are not given in ANY circumstance.
